My desk is in a very large room that was meant to be a family room or rec room, but I snagged it for my office, workout spot and mini library. I have a TV across from the treadmill, another piece of exercise equipment, a large bookshelf, my desk with a small shelf behind it, lots of windows, and a cozy rug with two stuffed chairs for reading for visiting with a friend. I occasionally work from my laptop on the breakfast bar in our kitchen, but my serious writing is done at my desk in my office. It’s a quiet spot FAR away from hubby’s TV noise, LOL!
