Since it’s springtime and the leaves are turning that beautiful fresh green and since tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day and since we’re moving to a new house about five miles down the road and my current office is in chaos, I thought I’d do a pictorial blog today. Flowers and trees can say so much more about these things than I can, anyway. I will give you a quote to get you through the week (from an old Irish blessing:)
These things I warmly wish for you:
Someone to love,
some work to do,
a bit o’ sun,
a bit o’ cheer,
And a guardian angel
always near.
Happy Spring and have a great time celebrating the green!
I love old bridges and walkways.
A beautiful wall in St. Augustine, Florida.
The Outer Banks in North Carolina
The church I attended as a child in Georgia.
Tree in a Shaker Village in Kentucky
I love nature and I love to share pictures I’ve taken on our many trips.
I hope you enjoy this little bit of God’s beautiful world.

Great Photos. I love the one of the church the best! I wish I would have taken a picture of my old church. The church was torn down and now a Walgreens stands where the old church use to be. There was a lot of good memories there and I can still picture it in my head but it is getting dimmer and slowly fading..

Thanks, Leann. That old church holds a lot of memories for me too.

We moved to a new house in a new state nearly 2 years ago and there are still a couple of boxes I haven’t unpacked. I’d much rather go for a walk outside than figure out where to put that stuff. Enjoy your new home, Lenora!

Thanks, Lyn. We are trying to weed out even more. I hope this will be our last move for a while.

Love these beautiful photos, Elnora – – and the Irish blessing too. 🙂
Praying your move goes smoothly (Please be careful and don’t lift too much – – you don’t want to hurt your back!).
Hugs, Patti Jo
p.s. This time of year I always “claim” a bit of Irish, LOL. My Mama named me Patti in honor of her very best friend (who became my Godmother) and who was Irish and had the maiden name of Patrick. 🙂
