Bless the Beasts . . . all of them!

July 18, 2022 By Angela Hunt

I don't like snakes. They creep me out. On the other hand, I absolutely hate roaches. They stink, they make NOISE when they gallop across the room, and they carry germs. Once when I was staying in the Amazon rain forest, I had to go to the separate women's restroom in the middle of the night. I crawled out of my mosquito net and tiptoed over the elevated walkway, then went into a bathroom stall. … [Read more...]

Pictures and Patterns

July 4, 2022 By Angela Hunt

I have often heard that the gospel of Jesus is in every book of the Old Testament, but I never realized how true that was until recently. Time for a new puppy

June 20, 2022 By Angela Hunt

For several months now, I've had a yearning I couldn't shake. I wanted to get a puppy. It's only been two years since my last puppy, mind you. He was beautiful, and he did his job so well. The girls and I will miss him. Why do I keep a rooster? Hens don't need a rooster to lay eggs--they only need a rooster to lay fertilized eggs. Ringo fathered many of my current chickens, … [Read more...]

How My Writing Journey Began

May 16, 2022 By Angela Hunt

You see, being a writer is a job like any other. You show up, go to work, and earn a check, which you only earn when your readers buy new books. (Used books don't count). But there is a necessary … [Read more...]
