Favorite Romance Heroes in 2023 (so far!)

August 16, 2023 By D'Ann Mateer

I’ve read romance my whole life—along with a lot of other things. But even in my romance reading, I’ve never been the type to have “book boyfriends”. I enjoy the romance as a whole, and I very often feel a connection with the heroine in that. But rarely do I sigh and swoon over a hero after the book is closed. At least not since I was a teenager! Boston Bookstore Fun

August 2, 2023 By D'Ann Mateer

As you know, we love going to bookstores when we travel. Readers are loving the Snow White retelling with Titus and Penelope, but one of the biggest selling points of this book has been it's fabulous cover. The art department at Bethany House really outdid themselves by capturing the 19th century western setting … [Read more...]

Since we last met…

June 16, 2023 By Robin Lee Hatcher

Soon after writing my last post, the revisions for my biblical novel about the Queen of Sheba arrived in my inbox. To my delight, the editors love the book. That doesn't mean there wasn't work for me to do, but it is always a relief to get a thumbs-up from editors. I'm still working through the manuscript, making changes and polishing, but I'm on schedule which also feels good. I'm waiting to … [Read more...]
