A Movie Recommendation

May 24, 2021 By Deborah Raney

Ken and I celebrated my birthday early this past weekend and my choice was going to see the movie FINDING YOU, based on a novel by writer friend Jenny B. Jones. I absolutely loved this movie and I'm so excited for Jenny! I can’t recommend it more highly! The faith message might not be as strong as it is in Jenny’s novel, but it is wonderfully, subtly there. This is a sweet, clean romance. … [Read more...]

Damsels on Railroad Tracks

Damsel on Railroad Tracks

My thoughts are short and sweet today, but I hope one or the other will be something you can enjoy as well! Watch: The English Game I am so in love with this series! Written by Julian Fellows of Downton Abbey fame, it is the cross between an underdog … [Read more...]

What Are You Watching?

July 16, 2020 By Karen Witemeyer

Thanks to our not-so-friendly neighborhood pandemic, many of us are spending more time at home this summer. And if you're like me, you're finding the entertainment options challenging. No sports (I'm particularly missing the Olympics as well as the tennis grand slam tournaments) and few normally scheduled summer programming options. I am watching a lot of Food Network, my go-to for clean TV in … [Read more...]
