From London and Dublin with love

March 21, 2017 By Tamera Alexander

Joe and I recently took a trip to London and Dublin—with 26 Belmont University MBA students, lest you think it was a romantic getaway!

Here are some pics from our trip!

A traditional pub pie (yummy, but so not Keto!)

And traditional fish and chips (again, not Keto; it’s so nice to be back to low carb gluten free!)

And now…Ireland!

Your pictures of Ireland brought back many fond memories. My husband and I toured with our church choir and sang our way around Ireland. Such a spectacularly beautiful country.

My dream destination? Ever since I was a child, I’ve wanted to go to Canada. I don’t know if you ever got them, but in the bottom of our cereal boxes, instead of some kind of toy, we got cards about different things. Travel destinations, modes of transport etc. Well one of the sets of cards I managed to collect was about Canada. On top of the information on the cards, I did my own research and turned it into a scrapbook. Of course it was in the days long before computers and the internet, so it meant hours with my head in books. One of my favourite past times so it didn’t bother me in the least. Learning about the Canadian Mounted Police, the Calgary Stampede, the Canadian train, Niagara Falls, Prince Edward Island, and of course, Anne Of Green Gables. Just thinking about it now, I can feel myself becoming excited. Unfortunately my scrapbook is no longer. We had a house fire when I was 14, and everything went up in smoke. Well, I may not have a scrapbook anymore, but I still remember some of the things that I found on those cards. The internet can give me far more accurate information that I may not have picked up back then.
It’s not easy trying to save on a disability pension, but I’m trying.

The goal here’s being associated with your inner self and achieve a deep feeling of relaxation and calm.

On from the slope, your car or truck will roll uphill whenever you
remove your foot through the brake. And then finally really in one edition from the same newspaper I noted seven headlines centering upon violent incidents in the Greater Toronto Area.
