Notes from RWA17–Dolphins and Swans and Stories–Oh, my!

August 2, 2017 By Lenora Worth

I just got home two days ago from attending the Romance Writers of America annual conference which took place this year in Disney World at the beautiful Swan and Dolphin Resort Hotel. I'd been there twice before but the first time I never left the hotel and the second time I had a horrible experience due to my former doctor giving me the wrong blood pressure prescription. This time, I wanted a … [Read more...]

Simple Pleasures–from an Upbeat Author

July 19, 2017 By Lenora Worth

I like that word upbeat. But sometimes in life, it gets turned around and we feel just beat up. So I've been holed up in my office a lot, with chocolate and coffee to see me through. Meantime, outside my window the rain is falling as Tropical Storm Cindy comes calling along the Gulf coast. I do … [Read more...]

For I know the plans I have for you …

June 7, 2017 By Lenora Worth

I had a hard time trying to decide what to write today. I sat down and thought about why I was holding back. I think it's because the world is a very scary, sad place right now. Children die. I know this. It happens every day. But these last couple of weeks have been brutal, regarding this. Twenty-two killed in Manchester, England and then another attack on the London Bridge so soon after. And … [Read more...]
