  1. I think your books sound interesting! I will have to take a look and see if this Karen-Witemeyer-reading book lover can expand into your sphere.

    1. Thank you, Colleen! I adore Karen’s books too. And I’ve had a lot of positive comments from readers who don’t normally do techie/dystopian books. Let me know what you think if you give them a shot. 🙂

  2. Oh! This sounds so fun! And I am fascinated by ballroom dancing. I love watching reels of it on Instagram. The precision!

    1. Ballroom was such a fun season for me. This was right at the time when Dancing with the Stars took off. I loved the connection to the music and the artistry and the science of it all together.

  3. Esther with a dystopian bent. You have me intrigued! I just requested it from my library. Thanks for sharing your story with us today.

    1. Thank you, Becky! I’m a huge fan of your books. If you ever choose to write a dancing character, I’ll tell you all my stories and mishaps. 😉

    1. Thank you, Deb! It’s been fun to pull from such special life experiences, even for a speculative novel.

  8. Megan, what a great combination: ballroom dancing, the Bible inspired story, and dystopian. I have never read dystopian but am intrigued now to read yours. Thank you for a great post.
Karen, thank you for sharing Megan with us.

    1. Thank you so much, Karen! It’s amazing how God can bring such unlikely components together into something wonderful.

    1. Thank you, Megan! I signed a preorder for a Megan this week. Was that you?

    1. Yes! I’m not interested in “look how terrible everything is” books. Gotta have hope and some humor.
