The post-ACFW Conference Haze

September 27, 2018 By Tamera Alexander

I’ve decided this is a real thing, y’all. The post ACFW haze.

You return to life and it’s all a blur!

So today, I thought I’d give you a sneak peek at some of my week last week!

It’s an ACFW retrospective with @cara_putman. #amreading #favoriteauthors

Me with the amazing Carolyn Miller (Regency author) and Jenn Turano (Gilded Age author)

My husband sent me on my way with this celebratory rose from my sister-in-law. She was helping me celebrate Imperfect Justice hitting the bestseller list. Then my published brought me arcs of Delayed Justice — too much fun!

I adore this woman! Tamera Alexander always makes me smile with her gentle spirit and warm smile.

Fellow legal author Rachel Dylan. We had a blast brainstorming fun we can bring to you!

My Guidepost editor brought me this photo from ten years ago. In 2008 I was at ACFW with my thrilled five-month-old. I was on the board, organized a massive book signing at Mall of America, and won my first award. You could say life has been a whirlwind!

Always a delight to hang out with these ladies: Sarah Ladd (Regency author) and Kristy Cambron (Time slip author)

This woman is a sister. If you haven’t read Pepper Basham’s books, you really must!

Last but not least, Beyond Justice is on ebook sale this week only for $1.99. If you haven’t read Hayden’s story yet, I’d be honored if you
picked it up now. Hayden is a special character to me.

Lol I was trying to figure out why Tammy was posting on Tuesday, then the first pic was a head-scratcher. Finally realized this was really Cara posting. Apparently the haze IS a thing 😂
Looks like such a fun week .
