She Reads Truth

June 7, 2016 By Tamera Alexander

She Reads Truth is a website I love, and it's "made" right here in Nashville, TN . . . in Franklin. It's a website centered around—you guessed it—being centered in the Word of God. As the website states… My daughter, Kelsey, first introduced me to it, and I'm so grateful she did. I really appreciate the daily Reading Plans they offer—Acts of the Apostles has just begun.  There's … [Read more...]

Coins on a grave, and a special day

Greenfield Village is a huge outdoor museum spread across more than 80 acres that has a plethora of authentic historic structures. And it was a gorgeous spring day, which made the excursion all the more enjoyable. Henry Ford's Greenfield … [Read more...]

Three words…and listening to God’s whisper

April 19, 2016 By Tamera Alexander

This "love one another" message is popping up all over Nashville, and it all started when this "firecracker" of a woman, Shirley Bachelder, who's 95, listened to her Lord… Bachelder, 94 (at the time), said the inspiration for the message came to her one day when she asked God, “What can I do for you?” “He told me just what he wanted,” Bachelder told The Huffington Post over the phone. … [Read more...]
