Book Lovers Con

May 24, 2019 By Jody Hedlund

Last week I had the fun privilege of flying down to New Orleans and participating in Book Lovers Con which was formerly known as the Romantic Times Convention. While the name has changed, readers I talked to told me the conference is largely the same. As this was my first time attending, I didn’t quite know what to expect. I can’t say I was entirely surprised by the floor to ceiling … [Read more...]

Carnton Video Shoot (for The Carnton Novels)

May 21, 2019 By Tamera Alexander

Last Wednesday and Thursday, I met my HarperCollins Christian Publishing team out at Carnton in Franklin, TN, and we shot several videos for The Carnton Novels. This next week is going to be a blur. This weekend my husband and I are escaping to Charleson, SC, for two days, a dream of mine that was my Christmas present last year. My next book is due to Harper Collins Christian Fiction on Wednesday. And Wednesday evening I'm the faculty speaker at the graduation dinner for the masters students at Krannert. It's a lot, and it's all good. Because of a … [Read more...]

Three “Last” Things

April 16, 2019 By Tamera Alexander

What are your three "last" things? The last sweet you baked. The last book you read. The last picture you took (and if you know plants, please let me know what the name of this plant is!) I last baked this delicious Keto "Samoa" cookie bar. You might have eaten a Girl Scout Samoa cookie? Well this is the low carb gluten free version of that, and it...is...fabulous! I've been eying this … [Read more...]
